Beef with broccoli

per 100 grams - 118 kcal
B/W - 8.78/6.37/7.53

Ingredients:
Beef 0.3 kg.
Broccoli - 0.3 kg.
Onions - 0.5 bulbs.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves.
Any starch or flour - 1-2 tbsp.
Oil for frying.
Soy sauce as you see fit (2-3 tbsp.) Maybe more.
Pepper to taste.

Method:
Beef cut into thin strips, and marinate in soy sauce for an hour or more.
Roll marinade in flour and put onto a hot griddle with enough meat to place 1 layer in the griddle.
Fry for 2 minutes, then add chopped onion, another 2 minutes, then add broccoli chopped into clusters, then add some soy sauce, pepper and chopped garlic.
Fry the whole thing for another 5 minutes and it's done!

Delicious and healthy!!!

🥕 Baked carrot pasta🥕
INGREDIENTS
500g carrots
2 cloves of garlic
55g sesame paste
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp oat milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt.
PRESCRIPTION .
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wash and chop the carrots, add the olive oil and salt and place on a baking tray with the garlic cloves. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Chop all the ingredients in a blender.

RECIPE OF THE DAY

Pink salmon and avocado sandwich - 113 kcal

Number of servings: 6
We will need:

Canned pink salmon (mackerel, tuna) - 150-180g (without oil);
Carrots - 1/2pc (40g);
Celery - 1 stalk (20g);
Low calorie mayonnaise (or unsweetened yoghurt) - 1 tablespoon (20g);
Salt and pepper - to taste;
Rye bread - 3 slices (divided in half) (190g);
Tomatoes - 2 pieces (230g);
Lettuce (I used iceberg) - 10g;
Avocado - 1/4pc (20g);
Lemon - juice.

Cooking recipe:

Bake the bread (put it in a very hot oven for 5-10 minutes, or bake it in a toaster oven.
Turn the carrots into minced meat. I do this in a chopper. You can either mince them or chop them very finely. Shred the celery finely. Shred the pink salmon (without oil) with a fork. Mix carrot, celery and pink salmon. (Leave a few pinches of carrot for decoration). Add mayonnaise (or yogurt), salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
Cut the tomatoes into 12 rings. Peel and halve the avocado. Cut off 12 thin slices (1/4 of an avocado). Spritz them with lemon juice immediately (so they don't turn black).
Put the sandwich together: On each slice of bread, place a lettuce leaf (if the lettuce leaf is large, cut it in half). Then, two tomato slices each. Salt the tomatoes a little. Top with our pink salmon and vegetable stuffing. Top with slices of avocado and garnish with finely chopped carrots (which we kept on purpose).

Sassy water is a healthy dietary vitamin cocktail that is ideal for the hot season.

To prepare this miracle drink you will need:

💫 2 litres of water
💫 1 large lemon
💫 1 medium cucumber
💫 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
💫 a few sprigs of mint

Lemon is a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. Contained in lemon, vitamin C plays an active role in the metabolism of folic acid protein and fat. Due to the content of lemon juice, Sassi water stimulates the enzymatic activity of the digestive system, eliminates flatulence, belching, heartburn, prevents bile stagnation and improves liver function, accelerates carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, breaks down cholesterol, neutralizes toxins and detoxifies the body.

Peppermint - protects against bacteria and fungus inside the digestive system, relieves irritation of the intestinal walls. As part of Sassi water serves as a source of menthol, carotene, flavonoids, esters and tannins. Mint infusion improves motility of the intestine, eliminates flatulence, has antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and choleretic effect.

There's a heatwave outside that's making everyone cringe, and many people are in a foul mood and don't feel like doing anything.
But here are some tips for getting through it!

1. Take a warm shower.
While many people recommend taking a cold shower, it's usually the coldest shower that's cooler than body temperature. In addition, cold showers in hot weather can cause vasospasm in the heart.

2. Drink more water.
If you do not like plain water, add healthy foods to it: lemon and orange slices, a handful of frozen berries, cucumber slices.

3) Give up coffee and alcohol.
They have a diuretic effect, force the body to lose moisture and promote dehydration. And in the heat of the wilderness they endanger one's health.

4. Avoid spicy food.

Let's make some ice cream this weekend, shall we?) Here are some recipes to suit all tastes 🙌🏻

🍌 Banana ice cream:

Bananas - 2 pcs.
Almond or cow's milk - 100 ml

The bananas need to be peeled, cut into circles and frozen.
Place frozen banana slices into blender bowl.
Add a little milk and grind until smooth.

You can then add chopped nuts or chocolate to the banana ice cream. Bon appetit!

🍧 Strawberry sorbet

Strawberries - 300-400g
Water - 100 ml
Sugar - 50 gr
Lemon (lemon juice) - 0,5 pc.

Rinse and peel strawberries well.
Mix sugar and water and heat until the sugar has dissolved.

Put the strawberries in the sugar syrup and puree with a blender.
Add the lemon juice.

Put the mixture into a suitable container and cover. Place in the freezer.
Stir the strawberry mixture with a fork every 2 hours to break up the ice crystals.
The strawberry sorbet will be ready when it has frozen to a fluffy, icy mass.
You can serve the strawberry sorbet to the table!
