Katka je součástí studia LÉÉÉTA a já za ní nemůžu být vděčnejší 🙂…Vždy usměvavá, vždy dobře naladěná a někteří si j natolik oblíbili, že se na její lekce připojují online ať už z Itálie nebo Austrálie 💕…Můžete ji potkat a zacvičit si s ní v pondělí a pátek od 12, v úterý od 7:15 a v sobotu od 10:45. Pondělní lekce jsou více protahovací, úterní a sobotní dynamičtější a v pátek si můžete užít jóga&pilates fusion 🙌…Je z čeho vybírat a vy určitě nebudete litovat 😉…

Katka is part of the studio for YEARS, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her 🙂… Always smiling, always in a great mood, and some people have grown so fond of her that they join her classes online—from places like Italy or Australia 💕…

You can meet her and work out with her on Mondays and Fridays at 12:00, Tuesdays at 7:15, and Saturdays at 10:45. Monday classes are more focused on stretching, Tuesday and Saturday sessions are more dynamic, and on Fridays you can enjoy a yoga & pilates fusion 🙌…

There’s plenty to choose from, and you definitely won’t regret it 😉…

Přátelé,

dnes je přesně 11 let 🎉. Zní to absurdně i surreálně zároveň, ale je to tak 😁.

Všem lektorkám a vám, našim klientům, kamarádům a známým, i všem, co se podílejí na chodu studia, ale nejsou vidět (zdravím webmasterku, účetní, fotografku, chlapce v copy centru na Jiřáku, mého partnera, který je mým rádcem, uzemňovačem mých vzletných nápadů i prodlouženou rukou, když jednou za čas vytáhnu paty z Prahy) MOC DĚKUJU 😘.

Jsem vděčná každý den!

Tak na dalších 2x11 let (protože pak už opravdu půjdu do důchodu 🙂).

A HUGE THANK YOU to all the instructors and to you—our clients, friends, and acquaintances—as well as everyone who contributes to running the studio but isn’t seen (sending love to the webmaster, the accountant, the photographer, the guys at the copy center at JzP, and my partner, who is my advisor, the one who keeps my big ideas grounded, and my helping hand whenever I occasionally leave Prague) 😘.

I’m grateful every single day!

Here’s to another 2×11 years (because after that, I really will retire 🙂).

Monika u nás chtěla učit před léty, byla v té době ještě na Slovensku, a pak udeřil Covid. Tak se nám ten začátek trochu posunul, ale možná o to lepší pak celá spolupráce byla, je a věřím, že ještě bude 🙂…

Monča v aktuálně učí už 3 lekce a sice Mai Ram Yogu pro začátečníky v neděli od 19:30, Mai Ram Yogu pro (mírně) pokročilé ve středu od 19:30 a pak Pránájámu, jógu nidru a pozdrav měsíci ve čtvrtek od 20.

Nedělní a středeční lekce jsou kombinací asán a pránájámy, čtvrteční lekce dává prostor jiným technikám - poskytuje hluboké uvolnění našim emocím a mysli, podpoří vnitřní rovnováhu a osvěží duši 💆🏻‍♀️…

Monika jde ve svých lekcícj opravdu hluboko a její přesah do různých rovin toho, co všechno jóga zahrnuje, je obdivuhodný 🙏…

Monika wanted to teach with us years ago—at the time she was still in Slovakia—and then COVID hit. So our start was delayed a bit, but perhaps that made our collaboration all the better—it has been, still is, and I believe it will continue to be 🙂.

Monika is currently teaching three classes at : Mai Ram Yoga for beginners on Sundays at 7:30 PM, Mai Ram Yoga for (slightly) advanced students on Wednesdays at 7:30 PM, and Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Moon Salutation on Thursdays at 8:00 PM.

The Sunday and Wednesday classes combine asanas and pranayama, while the Thursday class gives space to other techniques—it offers deep relaxation for our emotions and mind, supports inner balance, and refreshes the soul 💆🏻‍♀️.

Monika truly goes deep in her classes, and her ability to reach across the many dimensions of what yoga encompasses is admirable 🙏.

Legíny, top a ponožky od jsem otestovala snad úplně všude - na jemné i dynamické józe, pilates, doma na sedačce, s dětmi na hřišti, při uklízení, řízen auta a kdyby to bylo hygienické, tak v těch legínách i spím 🙂. Ale já si koupím ještě jedny a fakt v nich do té postele půjdu 🤣…Topík je sexy a ponožky měkoučké jak kobereček. Za mě top značka a rozhodně doporučuju 💕.

I’ve tested the leggings, top, and socks from pretty much everywhere — in gentle and dynamic yoga, Pilates, at home on the couch, with the kids at the playground, while cleaning, driving the car, and if it were hygienic, I’d even sleep in those leggings 🙂. But I’ll buy another pair and I really will go to bed in them 🤣… The top is sexy and the socks are as soft as a carpet. For me, it’s a top brand and I definitely recommend it 💕.

Ceren has been part of our team more than 5 years, which means more than half of time of existence 🤩. So we have experienced a lot together and so have you 💕. Hard work, laughs, progress, talks, sense of community.

Ceren has gone through thorough yoga education in Thailand, Turkey, Germany or USA and thanks to it developed a unique approach in her classes.

You can be seeing her every Thursday 18:45-19:45 at Vinyasa flow classes. They consist of fluid and empowering sequences, where you flow between poses synchronizing movement and breath. After a class with her, you will always feel energetically balanced and lighter 🙏…

She teaches vinyasa — a creative flow where you can explore movement and feel its effects in the body, mind, and energy. Each class offers a welcoming space, whether you are flowing gently or exploring playful inversions.

You can flow with her every Tuesday at 19:45 for Sunset Vinyasa 🌇 and every Thursday at 7:15 for Good Morning Vinyasa 🏙️
