We wanted to give a huge official welcome to the newest teacher to our platform, !!

Bruce is a dear friend to Asana Etc, and has been with the community even before that. So it's highly likely that you already know and love him!

You probably also know how truly incredible his classes are, but we can't help but say it again... Bruce's classes are simply magical!

No matter what class you join (or video you watch) with Bruce, you always learn something new, are gently challenged to try a new approach to a pose, and only realize afterwards how hard you actually worked! It's like a sneak attack where you are comfortably working your ass off!

Welcome ! Selen is a bright light in this world full of joy, and she has filmed loads of content for you.

The first few videos are all about helping you get into crow pose and even putting it into a flow. She has lots of great tips and tricks, and plenty of encouragement to take your practice further.

How did we get so truly lucky to have so many incredible teachers come to share with us, and you, for our platform?!

Sharka Yoga is a gem who is passionate about sharing the gift of yoga, and we're excited about her newest video that we just uploaded to the site (AsanaEtc.com/classes)

The class is a pranayama practice followed by a gentle flow that brings your focus to all main (Maha) chakras.

So take some time to go inwards and experience your body and mind in a different manner.
