💭💭Sometimes life doesn’t unfold the way you planned. Doors close, paths get messy, and it can feel like everything is piling up at once, leaving you overwhelmed and unsure of your next step. In those moments, it’s easy to point fingers at circumstances, at other people, at bad timing. But real growth rarely comes from blame.
Pause. Take a breath. Step back from the noise.
Look inward instead of outward. Ask yourself what you can learn, what you can adjust, and how you can move differently. Because while you can’t always control what happens to you, you can always control how you respond to it.

🔥 Vytrvat a zlepšovat se.

má svou challenge – teď je řada na mně dodržet tu svou.

V tomhle období chci mít vyšší kardiovaskulární zátěž než v minulých letech, a proto jsem se rozhodl vrátit k aktivitě, kterou jsem kdysi po týdnu neúspěchů vzdal. Tentokrát jinak!!

Pod dohledem jsem se přihlásil do lednové challenge od a pracuji na zvládnutí jejich sestavy. O to víc mě těší, že můžu pohybem přispět i na dobrou věc – a zároveň dělat něco, co dává smysl a baví.
