I was a British Soldier for 8 years and have always been very interested in training and keeping fit. We trained hard outside in all weather conditions some extreme and we were able to train using just our bodyweight. oups of different fitness levels. We do outdoor circuit training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), running training. I also create training programs for individuals, sports teams and clubs where the exercise is specific for the sports they wish to be successful in. All classes are instructed using the English language
