I was a British Soldier for 8 years and have always been very interested in training and keeping fit. We trained hard outside in all weather conditions some extreme and we were able to train using just our bodyweight. After living in the Czech Republic for many years I thought a lot of people would really benefit from this style of training, so that is where my bootcamp ideas came from. I train gr

oups of different fitness levels. We do outdoor circuit training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), running training. I also create training programs for individuals, sports teams and clubs where the exercise is specific for the sports they wish to be successful in. All classes are instructed using the English language

Hello everybody, you guessed it, Bootcamp has been cancelled until further notice, there are plenty of circuits you can do at home with just your bodyweight and very little equipment, ask if you would like to know more.

Happy New Year all, hope you enjoyed the season of goodwill and you ate well. We are taking a few more weeks off Bootcamp because of a few other winter activities, but we will start again around February time. Stay fit, keep training and see you in a few weeks.

sorry all I need to cancel bootcamp Wednesday16th October, But here is a workout to try at home. Go for a 15 - 20 minute jog. Then complete the circuit, 30 second on each exercise switch to the next exercise but do not rest during the circuit round. After all 8 exercise have been completed, rest for 2 minutes.
1 Alternating squat thrusts
2 Lunges
3 Press - ups
4 Squats
5 Burpees
6 Side plank (switch to to othe side at 15 seconds
