🇩🇪 Hinweise zur Registrierung

Alle Teilnehmer registrieren sich sofort nach der Ankunft. Das bedeutet, dass ihr den Schildern (Einbahnregelung) und unseren Organisatoren folgt und direkt vom Eingangstor zu unserem Registrierungszelt fahrt. Dort meldet ihr euch an, holt eure vorbestellten Sachen ab und erst danach fahrt ihr weiter, um euer Auto zu parken, Zelte aufzubauen oder eure Unterkunft zu beziehen.

Bitte seid darauf vorbereitet – habt eure Tickets und das Geld griffbereit.
Weitere Dinge könnt ihr natürlich gleich oder jederzeit später (innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten) kaufen.
Bitte respektiert und befolgt die Anweisungen der Organisatoren.

Všichni se přijdou registrovat ihned po příjezdu. To znamená, že budete následovat značky (přikázaný směr jízdy) a naše organizátory a od příjezdové brány pojedete rovnou před náš registrační stan, kde se zaregistrujete, vyzvednete si svoje předobjednané věci a teprve potom si pojedete zaparkovat auto, postavit stany, ubytovat se apod.

Buďte na to tedy, prosím, připraveni – vstupenky a peníze mějte u sebe.
Další věci si můžete samozřejmě koupit hned nebo si pro ně přijít kdykoliv potom (v rámci otevírací doby).
Respektujte a dodržujte pokyny organizátorů.

Everyone will register immediately upon arrival. This means you will follow the signs (one-way system) and our staff, and from the entrance gate you will drive straight to our registration tent. There you will register, pick up your pre-ordered items, and only afterwards go to park your car, set up your tent, or settle into your accommodation.

Please be prepared – keep your tickets and money with you.
Of course, you can buy additional items right away or come back for them anytime later (during opening hours).
Please respect and follow the instructions of the organizers.

🇩🇪 ÖFFNUNGSZEITEN DER REGISTRIERUNG – APACHE SNOW 2026

Wie bereits im letzten Jahr werden alle ankommenden Fahrzeuge vom Eingang direkt zum Registrierungszelt geleitet. Bitte achtet auf die Beschilderung und folgt den Anweisungen unserer Orga.

👉 Nach eurer Ankunft registriert ihr euch zuerst, holt eure vorbestellten Sachen ab und erst danach fahrt ihr weiter zum Parkplatz, baut eure Zelte auf, richtet euch ein usw.

Bitte haltet bei der Ankunft eure Tickets und Geld bereit, damit die Registrierung so schnell wie möglich abläuft. Weitere Sachen könnt ihr natürlich direkt bei der Registrierung kaufen oder später jederzeit während der Öffnungszeiten vorbeikommen.

⚠️ WICHTIG:
Wir registrieren nur während der angegebenen Öffnungszeiten. Wenn ihr außerhalb dieser Zeiten ankommt, müsst ihr euch registrieren, sobald die Registrierung wieder geöffnet ist.

Jeder Spieler muss vor dem Betreten des Spielfeldes Folgendes haben:
Registrierungsarmband am Handgelenk + Nummernkarte an der Ausrüstung.
Ohne diese dürft ihr nicht ins Spiel.

🇨🇿 OTEVÍRACÍ DOBA REGISTRACE – APACHE SNOW 2026

Stejně jako minulý rok budou všechna přijíždějící auta od vstupní brány směrována přímo k registračnímu stanu. Prosíme, sledujte značení a řiďte se pokyny našich organizátorů.

👉 Po příjezdu se nejprve zaregistrujete, vyzvednete si své předobjednané věci a teprve potom pojedete zaparkovat, postavit stan, ubytovat se apod.

Mějte proto při příjezdu připravené své vstupenky a peníze, ať registrace probíhá co nejrychleji. Další věci si samozřejmě můžete koupit rovnou při registraci nebo kdykoliv později během otevírací doby.

⚠️ DŮLEŽITÉ:
Registrujeme pouze v uvedené otevírací době. Pokud přijedete mimo ni, musíte se přijít zaregistrovat hned, jakmile bude registrace znovu otevřena.

Každý hráč musí mít před vstupem do hry:
registrační pásku na ruce + kartičku s číslem na výstroji.
Bez nich nebude vpuštěn do hry.

Prosíme, respektujte pokyny organizátorů – organizátor má vždy poslední slovo.

Just like last year, all arriving vehicles will be directed from the entrance straight to the registration tent. Please follow the signs and the instructions of our organizers.

👉 When you arrive, you will register first, pick up your pre-ordered items, and only after that continue to the parking area, set up your tent, get settled in, etc.

Please have your tickets and money ready when you arrive so we can keep the registration process as quick as possible. Of course, you can also buy additional items during registration or come back anytime later during the registration opening hours.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
We only register players during the stated opening hours. If you arrive outside these hours, you must come and register as soon as registration opens again.

Before entering the game, every player must have:
a registration wristband + a number card attached to their gear.
Without these, you will not be allowed to enter the game.
