I don't know, but I can recommend some tips for you to find out

💚 Eat mindfully, feel the taste, smell, consistency of your meal and stop after you eat for a while to see how your meal made you feel (energetic, lazy, sleepy, full?)

💚Avoid sugar, processed and junk food

💚Be careful about strict dieting and changing your eating routine too fast

💚Focus on a long-term change in your eating habits

💚 Cook from scratch

🤔Eating well and still no results?

Otevři se prosperitě!

Když si dám do hlavy, že vše je dražší a musím šetřit, zaměstnám mozek tím, že se soustředí na vyhledávání způsobů, jak a kde si ještě můžu "utáhnout opasek". Výsledek? Snížíme si dobrovolně životní standard, odepřeme si věci, které máme rádi, ale jsou zbytné, jako je zábava, výlety, dobrodružství.... Ubíráme si radost ze života a vytváříme si nové stresové situace... Tím oslabujeme nejen svého ducha, ale i imunitu.

Zkus to jinak. Potřebuješ víc financí na udržení svého životního standardu nebo chceš zvýšit kvalitu svého života?

Zapomeň aspoň na chvíli na to, že musíš šetřit a že máš málo. Namísto toho si polož otázky:

Jak si mohu vydělat více peněz?
Jaké jsou možnosti vybudování si pasivního příjmu?
Co proto můžu udělat?

Hned si napiš na papír, co tě napadá. Můžeš se podělit i do komentáře.
