Wet Weather Policy

The rules for a cancellation of the Honour & Prestige Tennis Cup Lany due to rain and other bad weather conditions:

1. The Honour & Prestige Tennis Cup Lany (hereinafter referred to as „the tournament“) might be cancelled and/or postponed due to rain and other bad weather conditions with respect to the quality of clay courts.

2. Cancellation/postponing might be decided only b

y President of the tournament.

4. President is eligible to set the new, alternative date for the tournament.

5. An alternative date will be announced to all eligible players. Coordination with other events in Lany tennis area is required.

6. Tournament fee is not refundable.

7. Services and orders will be rearranged only if possible and/or applicable.

8. In case of unacceptable new date for any players, president may partially refund tournament fee after discounting of all non-transferable and unreturnable items and costs.
