Fry the pancakes on a medium heat under a lid.

Initially, the bones and ligaments undergo changes. Our body signals this by occasional pain or impaired sensation in the area affected by osteochondrosis. Subsequently, cracks or fractures occur, the disc height changes, and the muscle and ligament attachment points of the two neighbouring vertebrae become closer together.

Consequently, the muscles and ligaments sag and the vertebrae can easily slip or shift in relation to one another. Then more serious symptoms are added to the pain: the fact is that the upper part of the vertebral column contains arteries that feed the cerebellum, vestibular system and important centres at the base of the brain, in addition to nerves.

Deformed vertebrae squeeze the arteries and cut off the oxygen supply to the brain and cause intermittent dizziness, headaches, tinnitus, etc. If a nerve gets in the way of the disc, a characteristic pain occurs. This can be felt in the hand and sometimes in individual fingers of the hand. At times they may even lose sensation.

Ointment 4
Mix one tbsp each of Hypericum herb and Yarrow herb, fill with a glass of boiling water, infuse for ten minutes, strain and add a tsp of hellebore infusion. Melt lanolin in a water bath and combine with the herbal infusion. Rub in if you suffer from sciatica, osteochondrosis.

Ointment 5
Crush and mix together two tablespoons of herb St. John's wort, one tablespoon of sage herb, one tablespoon of yarrow herb, mix with 1.5 tbsp Vaseline and add 2 tablespoons of hellebore extract. Rub on the sore spots in case of polyarthritis.

It's easy - you just have to take the right approach to lean bodybuilding and you won't have any problems. People who have tried all the pleasures of drying off claim that it's good enough for the body. You should put an emphasis on aerobic exercise: running, rollerblading, cycling and so on.

If you think that 'drying' is about getting rid of excess fluid in the body, you are very much mistaken. Drying implies active fat loss. Carbohydrates are the main source of energy for our body. The hormone insulin is needed to metabolise a simple carbohydrate like glucose. But if there is an excess of glucose, it does not mean that more insulin is produced. This hormone is produced in the same amount, and the remaining glucose tends to be stored in muscle tissue and the liver in the form of glycogen. In excess (as a result of overeating) it is converted into fat. In an artificial glucose deficit (refusal of sweets), the body will switch to breakdown of immediate stores - i.e. fat deposits will be consumed. This is the most difficult process in the body and requires a lot of energy.

More often than not, when the body stops working on breaking down fat, a small part of the reserves remains - the ketone bodies - resulting in ketoacidosis. In this case, you need to take in some carbohydrates to dissolve both ketones and glucose. Conclusion: you should not give up sweets altogether.

Hint: drying is not done unless you have gained a certain amount of muscle mass!!!

There are a few basic rules that you need to
to follow in order to achieve the desired effect:
