🇨🇿 ⚔️ Krkavčí víkend ve znamení oceli, kopyt a potu
Zatímco jedna část kompanie vyrážela poměřit síly na turnaji Clash of the Damned 🏆, druhá trávila víkend v prachu výcvikového pole – tentokrát proti tomu nejhoršímu, co může pěšák na bojišti potkat: jízdě 🐎
Pod vedením zkušených jezdců jsme trénovali formace, manévry a reakce na útok koně. Držet štítovou linii 🛡️, nenechat se roztrhat nájezdem a zachovat chladnou hlavu, když se proti vám řítí několik set kilo svalů – to je zkušenost, kterou žádná tělocvična nenahradí.
Mezitím v Pardubicích probíhalo Clash of the Damned – turnaj, kde se potkávají šermíři, kteří mají chuť bojovat, zlepšovat se a sbírat zkušenosti ⚔️
Krkavci Honza, Kačka a Řehoř tam samozřejmě nemohli chybět. Padaly tvrdé rány 💥, vznikaly nové modřiny 🩹 a hlavně další cenné lekce z boje s dlouhým mečem.
Takže zatímco jedni drželi formaci proti kopytům 🐎, druzí drželi gardu proti soupeřům ⚔️
Jedna kompanie.

🇬🇧 ⚔️ Krkavci weekend of steel, hooves and sweat
While one part of the company set out to test their strength at the Clash of the Damned tournament 🏆, the rest spent the weekend in the dust of the training field – this time facing the worst thing an infantryman can meet on the battlefield: cavalry 🐎
Under the guidance of experienced riders, we trained formations, maneuvers and reactions to a horse charge. Holding the shield line 🛡️, not letting the formation break under the charge, and keeping a cool head when several hundred kilos of muscle are rushing straight at you – that’s an experience no gym can replace.
Meanwhile in Pardubice, Clash of the Damned was underway – a tournament where fencers meet to fight, improve and gain experience ⚔️
Krkavci Honza, Kačka and Řehoř were there representing the company. Hard hits were exchanged 💥, new bruises appeared 🩹, and most importantly – more valuable lessons in the art of the longsword.
So while some held formation against hooves 🐎, others held their guard against opponents ⚔️
