The start of this year has been full of working, creating & dreaming.. while I’ve been a bit quiet here, something beautiful has been unfolding behind the scenes 🤍

I’m so happy to share that Free Bird Yoga now has a cosy home studio, ready for gentle flows, yin, candlelight & space to simply be.

Have you ever felt the full moon call you home… not to a place, but to yourself? ❣️

I hadn’t planned it this way, but here I am, back in the south of Spain, surrounded by sea, sun & stillness.. & tomorrow, I leave for the mountains of Andalusia, heading into the heart of retreat again.

The last time I posted, I had just completed my retreat leader training… & now I return not just to hold space but to be held. 🧘‍♀️

Under tonight’s full moon, I feel it.. the invitation to pause, to soften & to come back to who I am beneath the noise.

🌕 Maybe you feel it too? That pull inward. That quiet whisper to slow down & remember.

This moon isn't about pushing forward. It's about peeling back.
Let’s retreat into presence, into breath, into simplicity.

Have you ever felt your heart open in a way that words can’t quite explain?
This weekend, I stepped away from the noise — into the stillness of the Andalusian mountains, surrounded by sunrise skies, warm hearts & deep listening.

Some moments can’t be captured fully in words, but you feel them settle in your bones.
The reminder that…
✨ Everything we need is already within us. ✨

I’m walking away with a full heart, grounded energy & a quiet sense of purpose.

Grateful for the land, the people, the teachings & the courage to keep showing up, soft, strong & ready to hold space for what’s next 🕊️

To be honest, coming back from a month in paradise took a little more grounding than I expected — especially balancing my main job & real life again.

But here I am, suitcase packed once more & off to my next little adventure! ✈️🧘‍♀️

🌕 Embrace the full moon’s energy — a time to let go, surrender & connect with your inner self. ✨

Under the glow of the full moon, we are reminded to pause & reflect. What are you holding onto that no longer serves you? What thoughts, worries, or habits can you release to create space for new possibilities?

Tonight, take a moment. Sit, breathe, fold forward — just like this pose. Allow yourself to let go, even if just a little. Sometimes, release is the first step to growth. 🌙✨
