Ipsonas Sporting Centre You can experience the finest and biggest gyms in Cyprus with the most professional and helpful staff. Our goal is to help you achieve yours!

Our aim is to provide you the best service and facilities to achieve your health and fitness goals. All we want is to motivate you, challenge you and be part of your lifestyle. Our gyms are 4000cm2 feet and both gyms are licensed by C.S.O. , (in Cyprus only 21 gyms have this governmental license) complying with all the governmental specifications. Also, our gyms have licenses from the government’s fire department and government’s electromechanical department. Our luxurious gyms were designed for offering a wide variety of workout options for all of you. Some of the facilities and services we offer are : LesMills Aerobic classes , Aqua Aerobics, Pilate’s Studio –reformer, Nutritional Counseling , Free Body Fat Measurements, Free Anthropometric Measurements, Beautician, Personal Training, Locker Rooms, Studio Cycling Room, Boxing Lessons, Fresh Juice Bar, Hairdressing Salon, Cafeteria, Jacuzzi, Steambath, Sauna, Swimming lessons for children and adults, Massage, Free exercising program for all members. The indoor swimming pools are 25m2, and they are checked from the government’s health and safety department regularly. For your convenience we are in cooperation with some gyms in Pafos, Larnaka, Paralimni and Nicosia. Therefore our annual members can use these gyms whenever they are out of town. Lemesos Sporting Centre Opening Hours : Monday-Friday 6:30-23:00, Saturday 8:00-18:00, Sunday 9:00-14:00
