Join us for a magical evening in nature, in collaboration with Machairas Adventures. Enjoy a peaceful walk open to everyone, whether you’re bringing your four-legged friend or simply coming to enjoy the experience. Followed by yoga in the mountains and chilling with wine under the stars.

Hiking & Yoga by the lake 🌿

A unique outdoor experience in collaboration with Machairas Adventures, combining hiking, yoga and a deeper connection with nature.

Starting from Pera Orinis, we will follow a beautiful route along the ridge of the Pedieos River gorge, making our way towards Filani Lake.

There, we will enjoy a yoga practice by the lake, surrounded by nature, followed by some time to relax and for those who wish, a refreshing swim in the lake.

We will then make our way back, completing a route of approximately 5 km.

🗓️ Date: Sunday, 20/9
🕗 Time: 8:00
📍Location: Pera Orinis (meeting point will be shared later)
💰Cost: €20

📋 Includes:
•Hiking: ~5 km total
•Yoga by the lake
•Swimming time
•Nature & good company

🎒What to bring:
• Comfortable clothes and hiking shoes
• A water bottle

• Swimsuit & towel if you wish to swim

Μια μαγική πασχαλινή εμπειρία για τους μικρούς μας φίλους! ✨

Ξεκινάμε με ένα χαρούμενο Easter Egg Hunt, συνδυασμένο με παιδική γιόγκα, όπου μέσα από το παιχνίδι και τη φαντασία τα παιδιά κινούνται, και συνδέονται με το σώμα τους.
Στη συνέχεια, τα παιδιά θα συμμετάσχουν σε μια αισθητηριακή δραστηριότητα, εξερευνώντας διαφορετικές υφές και υλικά, μέσα σε ένα περιβάλλον ελεύθερου και ευχάριστου παιχνιδιού.
Τέλος, θα αφήσουν τη φαντασία τους ελεύθερη δημιουργώντας και διακοσμώντας τη δική τους πασχαλινή λαμπάδα από φυσικό μελισσοκέρι. Ένα χειροποίητο δώρο για να πάρουν μαζί τους!

✏️Το εργαστήριο απευθύνεται σε παιδιά ηλικίας 4-10 ετών.

• Easter Egg Hunt & παιδική γιόγκα

🌻 Ανθίζουμε Μαζί 🌻

Ένα ανοιξιάτικο εργαστήριο γιόγκα, κίνησης & δημιουργίας!

Το εργαστήριο ξεκινά με ένα ειδικά σχεδιασμένο μάθημα παιδικής γιόγκα, όπου μέσα από παιχνίδι, ιστορίες και αναπνοές τα παιδιά θα κινηθούν, θα διασκεδάσουν και θα χαλαρώσουν.
Μέσα από την κίνηση, τα παιδιά θα καλλιεργήσουν την επίγνωση του σώματος, τη συγκέντρωση και τη σύνδεση με την αναπνοή, ενώ παράλληλα θα βιώσουν τη χαρά της ομαδικής εμπειρίας και της συνεργασίας.

Μετά τη γιόγκα, η εμπειρία συνεχίζεται με μια σύντομη δημιουργική δραστηριότητα όπου η κίνηση συναντά την τέχνη. Μέσα από ελεύθερη ζωγραφική, παιχνίδι με χρώματα και ένα μικρό «μαγικό» εικαστικό πείραμα, τα παιδιά θα δημιουργήσουν ένα ανοιξιάτικο έργο και το δικό τους διακοσμητικό ανεμόμυλο για να πάρουν μαζί τους στο σπίτι.
Μέσα από την επαφή με διαφορετικά υλικά και υφές, θα ενισχύσουν τη φαντασία, τη λεπτή κινητικότητα και τη χαρά της δημιουργίας, κλείνοντας το εργαστήριο με αίσθημα σύνδεσης και έμπνευσης.

✏️Το εργαστήριο απευθύνεται σε παιδιά ηλικίας 4-8 ετών.
✏️Περιλαμβάνει:
* Γιόγκα για παιδιά
* Δημιουργική απασχόληση
