Big shoutout to our Ema, for representing Spartans at the first Cyprus Women’s Rugby National Team training camp at Eton Manor!

A huge achievement and a proud moment for our club to see Ema be part of such a historic step for Women’s Rugby in Cyprus.

Two weeks ago, our Larnaca Spartans headed down to Limassol for an incredible training session alongside some of the lads from the Cyprus national team.

It was a fantastic experience for everyone involved. The squad had the opportunity to learn so much — from technical skills to game awareness and to see first-hand the level, discipline and dedication required at the top.

A massive thank you to the players for taking the time to train with us, share their knowledge and support our development. Opportunities like this mean a great deal to the team and will undoubtedly help us grow stronger moving forward.

We’re looking forward to putting everything we’ve learnt into practice and continuing to improve together.
