We are Alpha Divers, a very active PADI 5 Star Career Development and Tec Rec Centre currently based in Larnaca with a second centre in Ayia Napa.
We are seeking the right candidate for a position available starting immediately until the end of November.
Alpha Divers are a 20 year established setting with the team currently being MSDT’s, MI’s & an in house Course Director.
Our focus is safety and the service of others, complete client satisfaction with in our company protocols at all times, standards are adhered to above and beyond the normal needs which is very necessary due to the environment we are diving daily, which is wreck diving and we have one of the best wrecks in the world here, The Zenobia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOcCrxjVyo4
The role is all aspects of a dive centre instructor position within a very focused, professional, respectful team setting.
All professional levels work aligned with each other, there may be different levels of professional attainment but that reflects teaching capabilities for our clients only, it does not reflect who does which job… we all muck in together here and we all lead by example, as it should be.
This ensures a strong and supported team with great personal development.

Naturally there are courses to teach for all levels, DSD’s to enthuse and progress, we do lots and lots of specialty courses due to our environment and we service a lot of technical divers of all disciplines and all levels. Last year we had an incredible year with an amazing team and were awarded for being the number one dive centre in the territory for diver certifications overall so lots to do and very busy.
We have our own boats, incredible diver facilities and one of the best fill stations in Europe.
Our school equipment is X-Deep single tank branded Zeos wings, our school regulators are XR, our school Tec and Side Mount equipment are also X-Deep NX Project Wings, X Deep Stealth Side Mount units and again our regulators are XR.
Pure quality in all we do, it ensures pride in the team and confidence in our divers.
We have our own large 13 mtr 22 person single hulled twin in board 2 x 300 hp Volvo Penta engine dive boat with diver lift and our second dive boat which is an 11.8 mtr twin 4 stroke 250 hp outboard catamaran for 26 persons .
Our schedule is totally tailored for our divers and our groups and we usually do multiple boat dives each day, always minimum 2 dives but sometimes more, all with the use Nitrox of course, Nitrox is mandatory when boat diving.

Team player, but someone who is teachable and open to learning new ways but hard working and professional.
Driving licence is essential.
Professional, enthusiastic, honest, respectful to others with a great work ethic.
