You're only as good as your Recovery in sport.

Why?

Athletes are always looking for that extra small percentage of improvement. If you can train more intensively and more consistently, then you have the potential to be faster, stronger & go further!!

How do you do that?

It's tennis time!!!

We have some places left in our "Orange Ball" classes, both beginners & improvers.

Tennis is a great sport that develops both teamwork & self-reliance. We work on both these mental aspects, as well as the physical side of things such as co-ordination, footwork, speed, agility and of course all the techniques and tactics.

We work hard to find the right balance between enjoyment and a full development programme so that every child can reach their potential.
