🇨🇾 R&A visits Cyprus

We were pleased to welcome R&A to Cyprus for a series of productive meetings focused on the future of golf and the opportunities for continued development across the island.

During the visit, meetings were held with the Cyprus Golf Federation and the Cyprus Sports Organization, with discussions covering the potential for a GolfPod partnership in Nicosia.

Golf has a huge opportunity to reach beyond the traditional golf course. By creating fun, welcoming experiences for children, juniors, families and newcomers, we can introduce more people to the sport and help grow the golfing community in Cyprus.

We look forward to continuing the conversation and exploring what’s possible for the future of golf in Cyprus. ⛳🇨🇾

What a fantastic week of golf at Elea Golf Club, proudly hosting the European Senior Men’s & Ladies’ Championships in partnership with the European Golf Association (EGA).

Congratulations to all players who competed throughout the week, showcasing outstanding skill, sportsmanship and determination on one of Cyprus’ finest courses.

A fantastic opening day of competition saw players tested by the challenging layout and excellent course conditions at Elea. With the first round now in the books, the leaderboard is beginning to take shape as we look ahead to another exciting day of golf tomorrow.
