In yoga, I teach that you are the observer.
As you are the observer, everything reflects you.
Your thoughts are reflected back to you.
Your emotions are reflected back to you.
Your feelings are reflected back to you.
Your choices are reflected back to you.
In yoga, we become aware of our thoughts and emotions.
In yoga, we become aware of our feelings and choices.
We are the observer, we are the dreamer.
In yoga, we dream as we please!

THE MIND
In yoga, I teach that everything literally is in the mind. Accordingly, if you have a problem of any kind, such as material, health-related, physical, emotional, or mental, it would be wise to know that the roots of all problems exist in your mind. Thus, before seeking a solution elsewhere, we focus on the mind. In yoga, we start claiming our lives first by eliminating the chaos of inner conflicts created by emotions and thoughts, which brings peace to the mind. Once the mind is peaceful, pure, and serene, we become free of all problems, and this opens a window for our true essence to shine and show its beauty.

ZİHİN
Yogada şunu öğretiyorum: Her şey kelimenin tam anlamıyla zihindedir. Bu nedenle, maddi, fiziksel, biyolojik, duygusal, zihinsel vb. herhangi bir sorun yaşadığınızda, tüm sorunların köklerinin zihninizde olduğunu bilmek akıllıca olacaktır.
Dolayısıyla, çözümü başka yerlerde aramadan önce zihne odaklanırız. Yogada hayatımızı geri almaya, önce duyguların ve düşüncelerin yarattığı iç çatışmaların kaosunu ortadan kaldırarak başlarız; bu süreç zihne huzur getirir. BODY follows MIND
One transcendent truth is that the body follows the mind. Your body is like an echo of your thoughts and emotions that you keep in your mind. Therefore, in the practice of yoga asanas, postures reveal the current state of the mind. When you visualize yourself in a yoga posture, the body naturally reflects that inner image. When you see yourself in balance, your body will create that balance. When the mind is calm and clear, true stillness arises in the body, carrying ease and strength throughout the pose. When practising a yoga asana, we are not merely working with the body; in truth, we are shaping the mind through the practice and the body follows accordingly.

BEDEN ZİHNİ TAKİP EDER
Bir aşkın gerçek, bedenin zihni takip ettiğidir. Bedeniniz, zihninizde tuttuğunuz düşüncelerinizin ve duygularınızın bir yankısı gibidir. SMILING IN YOGA

In yoga, each pose is a journey toward our true self, which brings us peace, tranquility, and joy.

For this reason, we make an effort to settle into the postures with a smile.

If we haven’t put in enough effort and cannot settle into the pose, we cannot smile.

If we force the pose out of obsession, we cannot smile.

In short, every yoga posture has a “right point” for each individual.

This point is where we are able to smile with calmness, peace, and joy.

Yogada her poz bize huzur, dinginlik ve neşe veren özbenliğimize doğru bir yolculuktur.

Bu sebeple, yoga duruşlarında pozlara gülümseyerek yerleşmeye özen gösteririz.

The goal of yoga is to ensure that you exist as yourself.

You don't need to be as flexible and strong as others.

You don't need to be able to do the same poses as others.

You are you, no one else and, in yoga, you only journey towards your own self.
