Στο Revolution Randello di wellness Ο ασκούμενος μέσα σε λίγες συνεδρίες «μαθαίνει καλύτερα» το σώμα του,και αποκτά τον έλεγχο μυών που πιθανόν να αγνοούσε την ύπαρξη τους. Ο μυικός κορσές γύρω από την περιοχή της μέσης και της ράχης ενεργοποιείται σχεδόν σε όλες τις ασκήσεις προκειμένου να διατηρηθεί το σώμα στην σωστή στάση με μεγάλα κέρδη στην αύξηση του μυικού τόνου της εν λόγω περιοχής. Παραμελειμένοι μικρότεροι μύες,που κάμπτουν και στρέφουν τον κορμό τονώνονται και υποστηρίζουν την σπονδυλική στήλη ενώ οι βραχύμενοι μύες διατείνονται. Προάγεται η ορθοσωμία και αμβλύνονται τυχόν μυϊκές ανισορροπίες.
