We as the Neu caving club would like to give a special thank you to Marko Gazivoda of the community for hosting us on this amazing camp and for giving us the opportunity to volunteer our time and services to to rid the karpaz beaches of nonbiodegradable trash that washes up on the turtle nesting grounds and later on prove to be fatal to the turtle hatchlings found on these grounds. It was a great experience as we learnt alot about the different turtles that frequent the karpaz beaches to lay their eggs. We are proud to say that we managed to scoop up about 6️⃣8️⃣3️⃣kg of plastic waste, which gives the little turtles a fighting chance. All in all it was an amazing 3 day camp cleaning the beach side by side with equally amazing people, this experience will be one to look back to with pride.

alevkayasi orman bölge şefiği sayesinde , 22-24 mart tarihlerinde alevkayası bölgesinde gerçekleştirdiğimiz mağaracılık kampı konusunda vermiş olduğumuz destek içın teşekkür ederiz .

many thanks to alevkaysi mounatın forestry department to the support that they have given us during our first camp which was on 22-24 of march .

We spent most of the day exploring the Küpo Cave located in Alevkayasi mountains and shared great memories Together around the camp fire later in the evening 🔥 .
