where storytelling merges with the art of Oriental Dance, creating a magical world filled with emotions, mystery, passion, courage, light & darkness!!!

This production is the result of months of creativity, dedication and hard work by our beautiful students and their teacher - and we cannot wait to finally share it with all of you!!!

After a few months of hard work in our dance studio, another competition has come to an end โ€” the 10th ๐Ÿ’ซ

My gorgeous girls, my dear studentsโ€ฆ as your coach, your mentor, and someone who truly believes in each one of youโ€ฆ my heart is full and happier than words can express!!!
Watching you present your new solo choreographies for first time on stage was deeply emotional. You stood there with courage, vulnerability, and strength โ€” and you truly owned your moment โœจ

Out of our 4 participations, we achieved:
๐Ÿฅˆ place SOTIRIA CHRISTOFI
๐Ÿฅˆ place ELLI IOANNOU
๐Ÿฅ‰ place NELINI ANASTASI
โœจ 5๏ธโƒฃth place SOFIA THEODORA PANAYI

But to be honest, my conclusion from this competition goes far beyond results! I see your growth. I see your effort. I see your love for the belly dance art. I see the hard work, the doubts you overcame, and the journey each of you walked before stepping on that stage...
You didnโ€™t just compete โ€” you evolved each time!

Some of our dedicated students from THURAIYAS ORIENTAL DANCE & ART STUDIO at the 10th CYPRUS Championship's 2026 , attending Shaaby workshop with Viktoriya Leshchak!

I always encourage my students to take workshops with other international teachers, because learning from many after some point can truly enrich their journey.
Festivals and workshops bring us fresh ideas, inspiration, and new perspectivesโ€ฆ but theyโ€™re not enough on their own. Donโ€™t be fooled!!! Real progress comes from consistency. A main coach is there to guide you, build your technique step by step, and support your growth with clarity and purpose ๐Ÿค

Never underestimate the value of having someone by your side who believes in you and is dedicated to helping your wings open fully!

As someone who, 20 years ago, didnโ€™t have that guidance and had to figure everything out the hard way, I now deeply understand how important it is to stand next to my students throughout their journey.

And even if at some point our paths should separate, I will always wish success and happiness to everyone who has been part of my dance family, and who for their reasons chose to leave, but with respect and grace...
