Polis Boxing Club Lessons are held by Instructor Mr. Mr. Potamitis has been a boxing instructor since 1995.

Polis Boxing Club is located in the center of Limassol city and was founded in 1994 by Mr.Polis Potamitis,Cyprus Boxing Champion for 8 years.The academy is now run by Mr.Marios Potamitis AIBAstar coach with bachelor degree in Physical Education in USA The 400 Square meter Gym is equipped with 1 Professional Ring, 16 Heavy Bags (including water bags and different shape of bags), 6 Wall Pads, 4 Doub

le End Bags, 3 Speed Bags, 1 Maze Ball, 80m2 Shadow Boxing Area, Full range of sportsart Weights and Machines for Strength Building, Monkey Bar, Trx, 1 Cross Trainer,1 treadmill,1 sitting bike,1 assault bike,1 rowing machine(concept 2) and 1 bike(concept 2)
Men and Women dressing rooms,lockers and WC available.Vending machine also available. Marios Potamitis (Aiba Star Coach) holder of a BSc in Health and Physical Education (specificity in boxing) from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM). Timetable:
Monday-Wednesday-Friday:
6pm-7pm: Junior, Adults and Women
7pm-8pm: Junior, Adults and Women Gym closes at 8:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday
7pm-8pm: Junior, Adults and Women Gym closes at 8:30pm

Sparring available daily
