Ladies please make sure that you are at the beach at 8:50am tomorrow so we can start at 9:am sharp. Park at Pizza Hut by the beach, and walk straight down to the beach. Please bring a towel and lots of water.

Organic home made muesli, full of fiber, protein some carbs and natural sugar, a real energy boost breakfast! Perfect after a workout! And it tastes delicious :)

Hey ladies, hope you are sore after yesterday :) just a heads up that the price for a month will be 40 euro for twice a week starting from tomorrow and 7 euro drop in price. Please let me know in advance what would suit you best. But if you feel spontaneous and just want to show up the same day then you can! I'm so exited about tomorrow!! No pain no gain.

So we had the first session of Beach bums fitness!! U girls smashed it!!! So very proud of all of you!!! I did say I'd take it a bit easy on you all today and that hopefully no one would throw up lol that only lasted for about 15 minutes Pmsl well done Kelly for sticking to it!! Can't wait for Thursday :)
