SpinCity Fitness Studio was formed in 2016 in Nicosia, Cyprus. Our company is about guiding you to reach a healthier lifestyle, through a variation of specialised fitness classes. All in a safe, comfortable, non-intimidating, fun environment. Our instructors are well qualified fitness professionals who will motivate you to reach your highest level of fitness. SpinCity is dedicated to offer you an

ultimate indoor workout experience. Our classes are 45 or 60 minutes in length. We also offer PERSONAL TRAINING that is tailored directly for your needs which incorporates hand weights, weighted bars, bands to tone your upper body along with abs work and cardio spin experience along with a healthy eating plan. Our on-site Dietitian and Personal Trainer will gladly help you plan meals, menus, or diet plans.
