Είναι γεγονός!!!!
Εχθές έπιασα –επιτέλους– το πρώτο μου, βασικά τα πρώτα μου, Largemouth Bass. Ένα ψάρι-όνειρο για κάθε Spinnερα που σέβεται τον εαυτό του και έχει ιδέα τι εστί spinning και από πού έχει προέλθει όλη αυτή η τεχνική.

Ένα ψάρι που πάνω του έχουν χτιστεί τεχνικές, σιλικόνες, δολώματα, εταιρείες, ολόκληρη βιομηχανία. Πάνω του έχει γίνει η μεγαλύτερη «διατριβή» στο ψάρεμα του spinning. Ένα ψάρι-θρύλος που εξιτάρει και προκαλεί ψαράδες σε όλο τον κόσμο να το κυνηγήσουν.

Για μένα, ήταν κάτι πολύ παραπάνω. Ήταν το ψάρι που, όταν το 2011 έβλεπα βίντεο με popper της Rapala να σκάνε στην επιφάνεια, αυτό με έβαλε στον δρόμο του spinning. Και τώρα, τόσα χρόνια μετά, ήρθε η στιγμή που έγινε πραγματικότητα.

Είμαι πάρα, πάρα πολύ χαρούμενος για αυτή την εμπειρία!!!🥺
Ένα μεγάλο «ευχαριστώ» στον φίλο μου τον Φωτάκο που με τις τρομερές γνώσεις του, τα “μυστικά” του δολώματα και την απίστευτη εμπειρία του πάνω στο συγκεκριμένο ψάρι, με πήγε ακριβώς εκεί που έπρεπε και με βοήθησε να ζήσω αυτό που πάντα ήθελα 😍😍😍

It’s official!!!!
Yesterday I finally caught my first – actually my first few – Largemouth Bass.
A dream fish for every true spinner who respects themselves and understands what spinning really is and where this whole technique originated from.

A fish that has inspired entire techniques, soft baits, lures, companies – a whole industry.
On this fish, the biggest “thesis” in spinning has been written.
A legendary species that excites and challenges anglers around the world to chase it.

For me, it’s even more than that.
Back in 2011, watching videos of Rapala poppers getting smashed on the surface — that was what put me on the path of spinning.
And now, all these years later, the moment became real.

I’m soooo happy for this experience!!! 🥺
A huge thank you to my friend Fotakos, whose amazing knowledge, secret baits, and incredible experience with this fish took me exactly where I needed to be and helped me live this long-awaited moment! 😍😍😍

Today’s Catch a huge (at least for my standards)
Bigfin reef 🪸 squid 🦑
I was fishing with my medium-heavy spinning set up and this thing manage to makes me nervous!!
So powerful and the attack was completely different compare to our normal squid!!!

Η σημερινή μας ψαριά είχε ένα τεράστιο για τα δικά μου στάνταρ τουλάχιστον Σουπιοκαλαμαρο το οποίο αν και ψάρευα με το medium-heavy Spinning set up κατάφερε να με αγχώσει με την δύναμη που έκανε κεφάλια!!!
Η επίθεση που έκανε στην Καλαμαριέρα κατά την πτώση της ήταν τόσο δυνατή που δεν είχε καμία σχέση με τα δικά μας μεσογειακά Καλαμαριά

Είμαι τόσο χαρούμενος 😁😁έπιασα το πρώτο μου Bigfin reef 🪸 squid 🦑 ή αλλιώς σουπιοκαλαμαρο, στην πρώτη μου προσπάθεια εδώ στην Κύπρο με το μεσαίο-βαρύ spinning set μου μιας και δεν έχω τίποτα άλλο προς το παρόν!!!
