The Maritime Institute of Eastern Mediterranean ( ) has with on the 1st January 2025, following a decision made by their respective Board of Directors. 🌊

Even though it is bidding after 14 remarkable years, MarInEM has embarked on an exciting new journey with new on the horizon and a continuous commitment to with CMMI carrying the torch forward.

💡 What began as a novel, non-profit initiative in Cyprus, MarInEM blossomed into an organisation dedicated to , , , and environmental making lasting contributions to sustainable blue growth.

Its , creativity, and have left an indelible mark, thanks to its founders, directors and passionate team members.

✨ Special to MarInEM’s directors Marios Drousiotis, Chrysanthos Chrysanthou, Georgios Georgiou, Ionas Koulendros and Yvonne Tsanos for their along the way and to one of its founding members, Zacharias Siokouros, for his leadership and to MarInEM’s mission.

THALASSA 2024: Marine Sciences Conference

We look forward to welcoming world-renowned experts in marine and maritime fields, who will discuss science-based solutions to challenges faced by marine and coastal environments in the Mediterranean region.

📣 ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ

To Κυπριακό Ινστιτούτο για τη Θάλασσα και τη Ναυτιλία (CMMI) διεξάγει μία σειρά ΔΩΡΕΑΝ μαθημάτων τα οποία θα πραγματοποιηθούν στις 4, 7 και 11 Μαρτίου 2024 από τις 9:00 π.μ. μέχρι τις 3:00 μ.μ. στο ‘Global College’ στη Λευκωσία με τίτλο:

«Περιβαλλοντικά, κοινωνικά θέματα και θέματα διακυβέρνησης (Environmental, Social, and Governance - ESG) στον τομέα του τουρισμού κρουαζιέρας, τις μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις (Small and medium-sized enterprises - SMEs) και την πράσινη μετάβαση στον τομέα της κρουαζιέρας».

Τα μαθήματα απευθύνονται αποκλειστικά σε άνεργους εγγεγραμμένους, παρέχοντάς τους επιδότηση για τις ώρες διεξαγωγής του μαθήματος καθώς και πληρωμή των οδοιπορικών από την Αρχή Ανάπτυξης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού Κύπρου (ΑνΑΔ).
