About time I reintroduced myself to those of you who are new here! Hi, I’m Tanya 👋
I’m an Occupational Therapist with 10 years of experience, with a particular background in mental health and disability assessments.
I gained my Personal Training qualifications whilst on maternity leave and living overseas in Cyprus with my military husband. My goal was to combine my healthcare background with my passion for fitness and use those skills to support the military spouse community.
My own journey with fitness hasn’t always been smooth sailing, but one thing I’ve learned is that fitness should enhance your life, not become your life.
I’m a huge advocate for movement that feels enjoyable, building strength for everyday life, and creating habits that are realistic and sustainable. I love strength training, but I also love good food, spicy margaritas, and spending time with friends and family.
As a mum to a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, I’ve experienced pregnancy, C-section deliveries, and all the less glamorous parts of postpartum recovery. Those experiences have given me a whole new appreciation for what our bodies are capable of, whilst also teaching me the importance of patience, safe movement, and giving ourselves grace along the way.
My mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and capable at every stage of life whilst finding a healthy balance between looking after themselves and enjoying life too.
If you’re looking for a realistic approach to fitness, motherhood and wellbeing, you’re in the right place 🤍
