Just a reminder to all tourists as the season starts.

Do not touch/chase
Do not feed
Do not support boat trips that feed them

Respect our beautiful turtles 💕

For the 1 in every 1000 individuals that struggle to make it to adulthood, it is unexeptable that they must then face this in the name of tourism in Cyprus ❌

As a new season approaches please remember if you rent a boat to use it responsibly (lowering speed) and by not participating in the many boat trips that bait turtles.

The best way to see them is free, by snorkelling/ diving 🤿

These 7 individuals have all have been struck multiple times by propellers/ boats.
The oldest turtle I knew as ‘Spot’ paid for this with her life.
I found her killed (centre image) by boat strike 😔

They don’t have their own voice so I take it on myself to speak up for them. Please do the same. 🙏🏼
