While you're on the Liberty Wreck, a small detour will take you to the cross.
The two-meter cross was submerged by the Russian explorer Feodor Konyukhov in June 2012........
The inscription reads....
"This cross has been laid by priest Fedor Konyukhov in commemoration of the successful completion of the research expedition "Sources of Europe", that commenced from the port of Bremerhaven, Germany and ended at the port of Larnaca, Cyprus on the barquentine "Running on Waves""
