The easiest way to educate children is to set a personal example for them ...
Now that we parents are much more at home with the children (more true all the time) this is a great opportunity to give them a personal example.
Children imitate us and through this they learn about life.
So nowadays when the gyms are closed and we have no option to go out and have our fitness routine, this is exactly our chance as parents to teach our kids a thing or two about a healthy lifestyle!
