Dear Friends,
It is extremely important that kids get physical activity each day and this is why we have planned a great virtual replacement for our kids classes. The plan is to start this coming up Monday Nov 30
and have 3 classes per week on M-W-F from 4:30-5:30pm.

Your coach will provide fun exercise games and full body workout for your children.

If you are interested to get your kids up and moving while stuck indoors please reply to this message.

Dear friends, we regret to inform you that due to the latest COVID-19 measures announced by our government starting today October 23rd and until further notice our kids classes are being canceled and no teenagers under the age of 18 are allowed to use the gym.
