Os finais do campeonato regional já foram jogados e o titulo de Campeão foi conquistado pelo Dany Obradovic Duarte, o segundo lugar foi para Luis Manuel Rocha Silva e o terceiro para Boris Lima. O longest drive de 257 metros foi do Dany. Parabéns aos vencedores e boas férias a todos.

The regional championship finals have now been played and the first place was won by Dany O. Duarte, second place went to Luis Rocha, and Boris Lima won the third place. The longest drive was 257 meters and hit by Dany. Congratulations to the winners and happy vacations to everyone.

A viagem para São Vicente terminou com bons resultados. Dois torneios vencidos e dois troféus trazidos para o Sal. A cultura de golfe em São Vicente tem uma longa e rica historia que paira no ar em qualquer evento realizado neste clube. Este é o primeiro clube desportivo de Cabo Verde com o primeiro campo de golfe da África Oeste. É uma grande honra ter a ilha do Sal como parte desta historia graças a estas duas vitórias.

The trip to São Vicente gave results in the end. Two tournaments won and two trophies brought back to Sal. The golf culture in São Vicente has a long and rich history and you can feel it in the air whenever there is an event at this venue. This is the first sport club in Cabo Verde with the first golf course in western africa. It’s great to have Sal be a part of this history due to these two victories.

O segundo trip para São Vicente começou com um Torneio no campo desenhado por Jack Nicklaus em Salamansa e varias rondas entre amigos no Club de Golfe. Neste fim de semana teremos o Torneio Interempresas.

The second trip to São Vicente started with a tournament at the course designed by Jack Nicklaus in Salamansa and some rounds with friends. This weekend we’ll play the Inter Company Tournament.

O nosso novo campo esta pronto :-)
18 buracos, par 70, 5161 metros. É uma caminhada no meio de dunas, passando as salinas e com o som do mar. Com aquela brisa bem forte, claro. Tambem já esta no nosso app The Grint como Sal Golf Course. Mais fotos em breve.

Na semana passada no tive mare alto d lua cheia e ondas gigantes e es li é resultado. Agua sbi d baixo d tchon. No ta spera q el ta seca ainda es semana.

Last week we had a full moon high tide with huge waves and this is the result. Sea water coming up through the ground. Hopefully it will dry up this week.
