Podloška (mat) je deo pilates sistema i predstavlja osnovu celokupne metode vežbanja.
U fokusu su kontrolisani pokreti, aktivacija dubokih mišića core-a i razvoj stabilnosti kroz povezane sekvence vežbi koje grade snagu i pokretljivost celog tela.

✨Pilates je metoda koja aktivira najdublje mišiće u telu. To nije samo vežbanje, već svestan pokret povezan sa disanjem, koncentracijom i kontrolom.
➰Pokret kreće iz centra tela, iz powerhouse-a, zato telo postaje jače, stabilnije i lakše u svakodnevnim pokretima. Kada ste potpuno prisutni u pokretu, i um dobija svoj trenutak mira.
🕐U vremenu kada sve ide brzo, pilates vraća fokus i prostor da oslušnemo sebe. Već nakon nekoliko časova oseća se lakša kičma, bolja postura i više energije.
🖤Svaki dan je dobar dan da počnete, posebno kada znate kakav osećaj u telu vas čeka nakon časa.
