Drilling the holes for lead in Pathfinder riser.
I seems it's easy, but it's not. I first drill the glass trough. After that step I change the drill and drill the holes slovly, step by step, cooling the drill after every 5 seconds.
During time I grind the bow limbs along the marked lines. Yes, I grind them, step by step, lets call it "cool grinding". I used to cut with a band saw, but even the bimetal saw cuts slowly and gets hot - I've never had a problem with it, but I don't like it.

Which one do you like better?
Guess what kind of wood the limb cores are made of. 🤔
One is my favourite limb core material, and the other is my new favourite limb core material. 😄

Out of the form - grinding roughly the superfluous glue from the edges - limb colour under the masking tape - limb colour - half finished Walking Stick and Pathfinder - and for the rest: string making.
