Jedan desetogodišnji ciklus našeg sporta smo završili u Smederevu 2019.
Svi pamtimo radost tog druženja!
Vreme je da posle ove dugačke pauze otvorimo novi ciklus.

Novi koncept Bitke Nacija obuhvata sve takmičarske discipline istorijske rekonstrukcije!
Pozivamo sve klubove sveta, sve borce iz HMB disciplina, i rekonstruktore borbi po HEMA i TAP pravilima, kao i srednjovekovne streličare! Arene će biti pripremljene za sve discipline!

XI Battle of the Nations 2.0

Dear friends,
We finished one ten-year cycle of our sport in Smederevo in 2019.
We all remember the joy of that friendship!
It's time to open a new cycle after this long break.

Let us gather again and show the whole world how love, sport and culture connect us and set an example to all other segments of society on the planet how to move forward!
The new concept of the Battle of Nations includes all competitive disciplines of historical reenactment!
We invite all clubs of the world, all fighters from HMB disciplines, and reenactors of fights with HEMA and TAP rules, as well as medieval archers! Arenas will be prepared for all disciplines!

Ovog vikenda naši zlatni momci, članovi udruženja Beli Orlovi, tim White Stags, ukrstili su mačeve sa jednim od najjačih timova sveta na prestižnom turniru u Višegradu u Mađarskoj, na samoj obali Dunava. Borbe su bile zahtevne, ali su borci pokazali da su se sati treninga, pripreme opreme, tehnika i taktika isplatili i na oduševljenje svih posetilaca, a i onih koji su ceo turnir pomno pratili iza ekrana iz Srbije i širom sveta, ostvarili zavidan uspeh i napredak u odnosu na sve dosadašnje. Na turniru su, pored našeg tima White Stags, učestvovali i timovi iz Češke, "Praški trolovi", "MFC Vysocina" i "MFC Slezsko", iz Mađarske "Ferreus Lupus" i "MFC Desdichado i "Iron Dome" iz Izraela. Važno je napomenuti da su se naši hrabri borci bez oklevanja i straha suprotstavili i timovima sa samog vrha liste Praškim Trolovima, MFC Vysocina, ali i timu Iron dome koji cine borci prve postave izraelskog nacionalnog tima koji se nalazi u zlatnoj diviziji, pokazavši značajan napredak u svakom aspektu borbi. Pored naših već prekaljenih, iskusnih boraca Aleksandra Uroševića, Jovana Vićentijevića i Žarka Stanića koji se ovim sportom bave izuzetno uspešno već više od osam godina kao i njihovi dugogodišnji saborci Ognjen Kosorić, Nenad Čučković i Dušan Ljubisavljević dobili su značajno pojačanje u ringu sa novim borcima Jovanom Sadagićem i Andrijom Radojčićem. Utiske predsednika federacije srednjevekovnih borilačkih sportova Srbije, Aleksandra Uroševića koji je umnogome zaslužan za dolazak i razvoj ovog plemenitog sporta u našoj zemlji možete pročitati na zvaničnoj stranici tima White Stags. Kako povreda u našem timu nije bilo, iz Mađarske smo se vratili sa velikim i širokim osmesima, puni uspomena i utisaka, a u Srbiji smo dočekani čestitkama i pohvalama.

Utisci podrške oko ringa se još uvek nisu slegli, a kako borci od sreće, adrenalina ili upale mišića često po nekoliko dana ni ne budu svesni koliki su uspeh ostvarili mi smo bili tu da ih bodrimo i obezbedimo da sve što se dešava van borilišta ne bude njihov problem.

Bravo momci, nastavite koračati krupnim koracima kroz ring i van njega i samo je nebo granica.

Emergency online session of the HMBIA Extraordinary General Assembly was announced on March 3 in response to the war in Ukraine and the impact it has on the HMB community.
The online session took place on Monday, March 7th, at 20.00 CET. Only one representative per country was able to take part. All participants to the HMBIA Extraordinary GA 2022 were registered beforehand via registration form sent by mail stated in the signed agreement.

Representatives from 36 countries filled the form (Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Luxembourg, México, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, United States).

The meeting started with president Edouard Eme summarising the current situation of the HMB movement and condemning the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The necessity to suspend all HMBIA activities was then introduced. Based on debates results it was decided to postpone the HMBIA activities except GAISF oriented activities and organisation of the ordinary General Assembly (which usually takes place in fall) with elections of the new Presidium, but not exclude a new extraordinary HMBIA General Assembly to be summoned to reverse this decision if a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine is signed.

The following step was the voting for the exceptional allowance for countries with signed personal agreements to vote on the main question, that had been previously stated in the meeting’s agenda. The suggestion was approved unanimously by the 25 attendees with the confirmed voting right based on the decision of the HMBIA GA 2018. At the next ordinary General Assembly, the voting will take place normally, following the resolutions of the 2021 General Assembly.

Representatives with signed personal agreement (Argentina, Bulgaria, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland) were therefore allowed to vote on the following statement, after nearly two hours of debate:
“Russian and Belarussian athletes (with Russian or Belarussian citizenship) deprivation of the right to participate in international HMB tournaments until the ordinary General Assembly or until the IOC lifts the sanctions on Russian athletes.”

Voting results:

The “no” vote wins by 56% over the “yes” (44%).
Number of votes:
Yes: 14
No: 18
Can’t say: 1
33 votes were cast, with a turnout of 92%.

The proposal is therefore not accepted.
