Is 1970s tennis really that different from today… or was it actually better? 🤔

Back then, everyone hit flat. The grips didn’t allow spin, and adding it was almost impossible. Today, players use full wrist action, body rotation, and topspin on every shot—balls jump higher, move faster, and push opponents back. Shots are harder, trickier, and more aggressive than ever.🔥

Technique has evolved, but the question remains: does modern power and spin make the game better, or did the artistry of the 70s still have an edge? 💭

I haven’t seen ever a player of 38 years old that is in that shape 🤯

The fact that he’s incredibly serious and focused made him become the best athlete — in my opinion, the best. His body is extremely young for his age, and I still think he can go over 40 if he stays motivated and avoids injuries. Of course, anyone can get injured, but his physique is exceptional.🔥

You can see it in the way he moves on the court: his court coverage, his ability to recover, the way he keeps up with the pace of matches. All of that is the consequence of years of discipline, working every day with the best professionals, and always looking for new techniques to improve. He’s completely driven, not just by setting records, but by making sure his body stays with him for as long as possible so he can achieve his goals.

Every time you watch him, you see the result of that work: incredible movement, precise court coverage, stamina, and the ability to recover faster than almost anyone else. His focus, dedication, and physical condition are all part of what makes him so dominant, even at 38.

Do you think anyone can match Djokovic’s fitness and physique at this age? 💪
