U Muay Thai-u, kao i u mnogim drugim borilaฤkim veลกtinama, cilj je da se dostave moฤ‡ni i precizni udarci razliฤitim delovima tela kako bi se onesposobio protivnik. Efikasnost udarca u smislu izazivanja bola ili povrede moลพe zavisiti od nekoliko faktora, ukljuฤujuฤ‡i tehniku, snagu udarca i ranjivost ciljanog podruฤja.
Vaลพno je zapamtiti da je Muay Thai, kao i sve borilaฤke veลกtine, trebalo bi da se praktikuje odgovorno i pod nadzorom kvalifikovanog instruktora. Glavni cilj Muay Thai-a nije izazivanje bola, veฤ‡ efikasne tehnike udaranja i samoodbrane. Takoฤ‘e, borci uvek treba da koriste zaลกtitnu opremu i pridrลพavaju se smernica za bezbednost kako bi se minimizirao rizik od povreda tokom treninga i takmiฤenja.

An axe kick, also known as a hammer kick or stretch kick, is characterized by a straightened leg with the heel descending onto an opponent like the blade of an axe. It begins with one foot rising upward as in a crescent kick[7] then the upward arc motion is stopped and then the attacking foot is lowered to strike the target from above. The arc can be performed in either an inward (counter-clockwise) or outward (clockwise) fashion.

A well-known proponent of the axe kick was Andy Hug, the Swiss Kyokushinkai Karateka who won the 1996 K-1 Grand Prix.

Najtezi deo svakog sporta nisu treninzi.
Najtezi deo je svakako regulisana ishrana.
Ne mrsavi se u teretani, najveca promena se desava u kuhinji .
Najteze mi je da objasnim ljudima kako se to mrsavi a unosi se vise hrane, kako se to nece ugojiti ako jedu pet p**a dnevno kada trenutno jedu dva, tri p**a dnevno. Kako to da sa 500grama hrane po obroku ce vise mrsaviti nego sa 150grama hrane po obroku.
Hocete misice? jedite zdravije a vise, hocete bolju figuru?jedite zdravije a vise.Hocete da smrsate?jedite zdravije a vise!
Sto znaci najveci problem je kombinacija malog broja neredovnih obroka sa losim namernicama.Uskoro cu pisati vise na ovu temu i kalorijskom deficitu i suficitu i sta koji sport i koji cilj vuce sa sobom!
