To Improve or Fix Two Handed Backhand, Backswing is So important, because it is the beginning of kinetic chain, and In the same time, the First part of body weight transfer is starting .

The Mili Split Method way(MSM):

When the First part of backswing is Finished, The best is to back swing with complete straight right arm, Pendulum motion, with of course, upperbody rotation and shifting the weight then we have the second part of the body transfer.

That way Arm will be stopped by shoulder, So a player doesn’t have to think how much to go back and up, And that way the brain can stay cooler :-) 

This is only one of two main ways how how to start this stroke production.

It is important that it is clear and not to make a confusion and the fog for the player, but not only for the player, but for the coach, because if the coach
cannot have fast results, it means that there is a fog in his teaching/ Understanding :-)

It is absolutely impossible that using MSM wait a player cannot fix it improve within three lessons, even if they have been playing wrong way for 20 years.

WHY WOULD U WANT TO LEARN SPLIT METHOD, TO BECOME CERTIFIED?

Well split Methot is able to fix and improve forehand and backhand within six lessons only or you can say in one week.

But 100% for sure without any exception for the last 20 years.

It took me 15 years to create that method and the purpose of creating the method was because I wanted to find a way how to beat the biggest challenge: to break old bad habits!

Mili’s Split method (MSM) Was made in 2005, so 20 years ago. It was designed to break old bad habits with Ground strokes. It is the result of more than 15 years of research and coaching after he graduated the sport science.
Mili is coming from the same tennis school as Novak Djokovic  And they share two same important teachers.

Fixing And improving two-handed backhand starts with a breaking bad habits.

I Created my Split Method in 2005 After 15 years of research and coaching (and after graduating sport science), Exactly, for the reason of breaking bad habits, even there 2 or 3 decades old.
In this case, this girl plays has been playing for 3 years and obviously she’s just hitting flat Most of the time .

One of several exercises that I’m using in my treatment is pushing elbow with other arm, and starting from drop Arm and wrist position.
