I used to believe clarity comes from thinking harder.

More analysis. More pros and cons. More late night conversations in my head.

But clarity did not show up there.

It showed up the moment I stopped overthinking and started working with my hands.

After years in HR and Talent Acquisition, and living through my own career transitions, I noticed something powerful.

People do not lack answers.
They lack the right way to access them.

That is why I work with LEGO® Serious Play® today.

✨ The Moment Someone Says “I Never Saw Myself This Way Before”

That sentence is one of the reasons I ❤️ the work I do.

It usually appears in the middle of a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® build when someone is fully immersed in their own story. Their hands begin to uncover what their mind tried to hide. A strength they forgot about. A value they never named. A fear they finally understand.

I see this a lot with professionals who feel stuck or unsure about their next step.
They come in with a tight CV and a perfect LinkedIn profile.
Yet their inner world feels loud, unclear, a little chaotic.

This is where my HR background blends beautifully with coaching.
Years in Talent Acquisition taught me how to read a profile in seconds.

Career coaching taught me how to slow people down so they can actually understand the deeper layers of who they are.

Every time I design a new workshop, I start with one question:
💭 “What do people need most right now to feel inspired and clear again?”

That’s how these three workshops were born, through real conversations with clients and participants.
