Individualni razvojni program za mlade igrače. Individualni treninzi za igrače svih uzrasta i pozicija u igri. Po posebnom programu rada za svakog igrača. Programom rukovodi trener Dejan Srzić Susla. Koji je vodio mnoge klubove u zemlji i inostranstvu i trenirao 11 selekcijma kadetske i juniorske reprezentacije. U svojoj trenerskoj karijeri trenirao je veliki broj vrhunskih igrača, zvezda Evropske

i NBA košarke. Trener Dejan Srzić Susla je pomogao individualnom razvoju velikom broju mladih igrača, koji su nastupali za reprezentacije svojih zemalja širom Evrope. Veliki broj tih igrača sada igra u ligama širom Evrope i u NCAA.

Hoop Talents Individual Academy will be running individual player development - skills programs in Dublin, Ireland.

Small group skills training!

In-Season Player Development!

Train on the same program that has individually develop some of the European Top youth talents from their young age!

Training program is specially designed for each player needs and level for maximum improvement!

Maximum of 3 players per basket!

Open to players from any club!

Groups for players from 9 to 18 years old!

Training options of once or twice per week!

Trainings are held in Dublin 15!

Players will be are coached by head coach Josko Srzic

✅️Who helped develop 18 players in their youth, who went to receive scholarships and play in NCAA Division I.
✅️Players that went on to play in EuroCup and Euroleague.
✅️Numerous players who went on to represent their countries in senior and youth European Championship's and World Cup's.
✅️Head coach of two teams in Men's Irish Super League

Two players that were part of our Hoop Talents Program in their youth, Ajdin Penava and Adnan Arslanagic.

Both paying at FIBA Eurobasket 2025 for Men's Bosnia National Team.

They reached Top 16 of Eurobasket by beating Georgia today. 👏

On Sunday they will play Poland for Eurobasket quarterfinals 💪

After attending our programs in their youth.

Ajdin went on to play for Marshall University - NCAA Division I, then for Spanish team Basconia in ACB league and Euroleague..

Adnan went on to play professionally in top leagues in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia where he is playing now.

Was balling for U19 Serbia Team this summer at FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup 2025 in Switzerland 💪

As a pointguard, Savo lead Serbia team in efficiency, points, rebounds and assists!

Efficiency 17.6pg,  points 16.4pg, rebounds 6.2,  assists 6.0
