The Visionary and The Ego...
My visions are channeled from source... and I have always had a deep knowing that my impact is intended to be realllllly big.
And yet how I moved those visions out into the world was through ego.
I unknowingly brought into my work all of my toxic beliefs, inner child trauma, generations of pain, and past lifetimes of mistakes.
And this translated to working 14 hours a day.
Charging way below my value.
Losing potential clients because of my energy.
Skipping out on holidays because I was too busy.
Never leaving for more than 24 hours without my laptop.
Pushing through when things felt hard.
Unable to deliver an experience for my clients that I knew in my bones I could because I was too burnt out to do the inner "werk" to show up powerfully as a leader.
Working through illness.
Afraid to hire the help I needed because I was afraid I couldn't follow through.
Sacrificing sleep to get things done by a deadline.
Creating anxiety and stress by ignoring my feelings and emotions and pushing through.
I just thought that once I hit a certain income level I'd have the income to get the support I needed, put the right systems in place, take more time off, put my wellness first...
Until I started making 6-figures in one business. And a little changed - I started to learn my value and charging more but that was it.
Then I started generating over $300k a year in another business. And because I knew my value, I stopped repelling clients with my energy.
But other than that, the toxic work habits persisted.
This is when I realized it wasn't the money.
It was me.
It was my inner turmoil that led me to avoid being present in my life and instead pour myself into my business.
And that's when I forced myself to stop pushing and step back.
I had lost touch with what mattered - I lost connection to source.
I had gotten so caught up in the hustle because my ego wanted more, more, more.
My ego was afraid of what would happen if I slowed down.
My ego was afraid of what would happen if I talked about the stuff that was lighting me up inside.
And so I leaned back. Wayyy back.
I reconnected with my vision.
I re-evaluated what I was doing in the business.
I got really clear on what I was and wasn't willing to do and started shifting the business to align with that.
Everything - and I mean everything - in my life and business began to transform.
I began feeling and seeing parts of myself I hadn't experienced in years.
I felt more joy and fulfillment in my work.
I attracted clients who were wildly aligned with my values.
My clients were getting better results.
My relationships got stronger.
My presence in my personal life increased.
My life transformed.
And as my path has unfolded, it led me to realize that my true mission now is in leading others to come back to the source of their being, to realign with their vision, and to work from that sacred space in all they do.
Your vision is a divine assignment, and treating it as such is imperative. Toxic patterns and ego-centric activity are counteractive. You cannot fulfill your divine purpose on this planet if you are operating from eg in this way. Period. End of sentence.
My work is in helping you to come back to your truth, your source, and to align your business to the big beautiful vision you channeled through. This might look like revamping your marketing/copy, this might look like changing up your community-building strategy, this might look like redesigning offers, this might look like hiring support, this might look like building automation. This might look like building space for connection to source in your day. Hell this might look like moving your family to Costa Rica. ๐
It will look different for everyone depending on the needs of their business in relation to their vision. But my clients get to tap into 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, having built a $7m company in less than 3 years, producing festivals attended by 1000s of people from around the world, bootstrapping a business to $350k in 12 months, and more.
