Had the most epic week with the guys in Costa Rica 🇨🇷

7 days of adventures, nature, deep chats, goofing around, exploring, board games and play - all things that nourish my soul more than anything 🙏

On this trip I’ve really realised how powerful it is to spend quality time with other people that have as much enthusiasm for life as you, and who are on similar paths in life.

I feel so blessed to have spent this time with a group of absolute legends, in one of the most beautiful places in the world 🌴

Taking these experiences with me and already super excited for the next trip. Make great memories with great people 🍉

So grateful for you legends

What a year 2025 was!

I travelled so many new places, spent so much time with great people, and learned so much along the way.

I’m so grateful for this past year, and very excited for 2026, all while doing my best to stay present in the here and now.

2026 is going to be an epic year, I can feel it.

I’m going to put more energy into friends & family, as well as building and making films. I’m feeling dialled in having already been setting the foundations these past few weeks, and I couldn’t be more excited to see what this next year has in store.

I know there will be challenges and struggles, but I feel better equipped than ever to face them head on.

I’m wishing all of you a beautiful new year, full of new opportunities, abundance, love and joy.

Here’s to life! ❤️

The #1 absolute most important thing I’ve realised recently is the importance of surrounding yourself with great people.

I feel so blessed to have such an abundance of amazing people in my life that I care about so deeply and that I get to call my friends.

What I’ve noticed is that you can be in the most beautiful place in the world, and be miserable.. equally, you can be in a really sh*tty situation, but with the right people, you’re exuberant and happy.

I’m going to be focussing much more on building and nurturing the relationships with people I care about, because that is (as I’ve discovered) the secret to a happy life.

So grateful for all of you wonderful beings that I’m blessed to know, and to all those I’m yet to meet!

For anyone looking for more joy and fulfilment — get out there! Build some community, make some friends, nurture your existing relationships.

Because life is too precious not to spend it with the people you love ✌️❤️

THE ANCIENT LOST ART OF SOLITUDE

We’re living in a world where people are more connected than ever, yet more lonely than ever.

More overstimulated than ever, yet more unmotivated than ever.

Wars are being waged with weapons of mass distraction — and most of us don’t even realize we’re casualties.

In this world of chaos, distraction, and disconnection, solitude isn’t a luxury. It’s essential.

Ancient cultures understood this. Vision quests. Nature immersion. Hermetic traditions. Sacred time alone wasn’t feared — it was revered.

Somewhere along the way, we lost this wisdom.

But here’s the truth: it’s in solitude that you gain real clarity. You tune out the noise and tune in to yourself.

Whether it’s meditation, journaling, being in nature, or simply being — take some time to be in solitude.

You might realize that even with no one around, you’re less alone than you think.

The ancient practice of solitude isn’t about isolation — it’s about reconnection with the most important person: yourself.

When was the last time you spent intentional time alone? 👇

Meditation isn’t about killing thoughts—it’s about not giving them the keys.

Thoughts will fire. Cool. Clock them, don’t chase them. Plant the ones you want, let the old ones drift by like clouds.

Game plan:
- Notice it. No drama—just data.
- Name it: fear, doubt, loop, story.
- Swap it for a signal you actually want to run.
- Repeat until it sticks.

This is mental engineering: awareness first, pattern next, belief rewired.

Meditation slows the feed so you can spot old code and push new builds.

Less resistance. More precision. Run the program—don’t be the program. ⚡️

Moves that work:
- Breath is anchor.
- Label, return to breath.
- Plant the new thought, water it with reps.
- Hold the frequency longer than the noise.

Choose the frequency. Tune to it. Broadcast it. 🌌
Drop “REASY” and I’ll DM you the free audios. 🚀

This one might rustle some feathers 😬

These are some of the main traps I’ve seen people (including myself) fall into on the spiritual path. I don’t share these out of spite, but in love and to shed light and awareness.

I’m by no means perfect, but every day I’m striving to be better- these are also reminders to myself not to fall into these traps, and I hope they help you too!!

Is there anything I missed? Let me know down below 👇
