Our AquaFit community is truly special 💜💜 Kathleen recently suggested we pick a topic while we tread and each take a turn sharing. Well today there were 11 of us and I think we went for over 3 minutes - treading only with our arms! Thanks Kathleen, great suggestion 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♂️
