We did it! ☀️🦋✨ We completed the 100hr/200hr yoga & Ayurveda teacher training. Another beautiful, transformational, intense, inspiring journey has come to a closure. The courses keep our days very busy, and after a few days of recovery we wanted to take the time to properly honor the students, congratulate them on their achievements and progress and express our gratitude.
We are already embarking on another journey with our Aerial yoga training, but we’ll continue posting about this wonderful experience and absolutely shining souls that we had the pleasure of hosting and growing alongside of. Thank you for your kindness, patience, support (of each other - which makes us so happy), laughter, playfulness, wisdom.. Yoga trainings are often our highlights of the year and the most impactful and transformative experiences, we always feel as if we are coming out on the other side reborn.

One week down, and our hearts (and notebooks) are completely full. 🌿✨
Wrapping up Week 1 of our Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training, and watching this group step onto the mat each day with so much presence, curiosity, and devotion has been pure magic.
Beyond our daily alignment-based practices, dynamic sequencing, and deep-dive lectures into yoga philosophy, functional anatomy, and ancient wisdom, this journey is designed to be as nourishing as it is transformative. A true immersion into living the practice.

🥑 Ayurvedic Wisdom & Cooking — Exploring holistic living, balancing the doshas, and hands-on Ayurvedic cooking fueled by fresh, tropical Costa Rican fruits.

✨ Reflecting on a soulful journey. ✨
We are still basking in the vibrations from our recently completed Sound Healing immersion. It was such a profound honor to hold space for such beautiful souls as we dived deep into the healing power of sound. 🎶
From the resonance of Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to the grounding depth of the gong and the enchanting melodies of the handpan—we truly explored every frequency.
Our days were a blissful blend of movement and stillness:
☁️ Aerial & Yin Yoga infused with sound
❄️🔥 Cold plunges and sauna therapy for deep reset
💧 Floating in the pool, surrounded by the healing frequencies of sound and the rhythm of light tropical rain.
🕸️ Drawing sacred geometry mandalas in the sand as we bring frequencies to light.

A heartfelt thank you to all the practitioners who showed up, opened their hearts, and did the inner work. Your presence made this retreat truly magical.
