need great discoveries or findings to improve our well-being. Sometimes a short experience can leave a big trace in our life;
And without noticing,
The smallest detail can change your mind. This is the cornerstone of our project. It is what we keep on seeking, every day.

We invite you next SUNDAY AUGUST 30TH to a

**FULL MOON CACAO CEREMONY** with Sage & Saints

Known as the food of the Gods, Cacao is a medicine that has been used by Olmec, Mayan, and Aztec civilizations for over 5,000 years, to bring healing on both a spiritual and physical level.

Potent in magnesium it allows for total relaxation and as a vasodilator it permits blood to flow more freely through the body. Via the theobromine present in cacao, chemicals, such as, dopamine and phenethylamine are released, creating sensations of heightened empathy and pleasure.

In opening our heart space, we are able to release old patterns and traumas, helping us to embody our intentions and achieve higher states of consciousness.

Through sacred song, meditation, breathwork, and shamanic journey, individuals will enjoy an enriching and genuinely uplifting event. This particular ceremony will involve the use of cacao as a medicine to help participants experience altered states of consciousness and deep emotional release as we employ shamanic journey and guided meditation to help us gather hidden information and cleanse ourselves energetically, putting us in line with what we discover to be our heart’s truest desires.

Using simple tools and techniques we are able to weave our spiritual practices into modern life, bringing balance, perspective, and meaning back into our everyday activities.

Learn and explore the tools to create a place within your home that you can come back to and be reminded of all that brings you joy, grace, humility, strength, love, and gratitude in your life. A portal through which you may convene with the Divine & the Divine that lives in you.

Join us in this workshop as we dive deeper into the methods and essences of what makes these customs so powerful. Please bring a pen/journal, eye cover, and blanket for optimal comfort and enjoyment.

In this meditation you will use your breath and gentle movement accompanied by trance inducing music and shamanic tools in order to learn how to enter non ordinary states of consciousness.

A Shaman is a person known for their ability to enter trance like states and travel into the under worlds to communicate with invisible realms and heal oneself and others. We will apply specific shamanic tools to connect with our inner healer.

Mysore is a traditional method to learn the Ashtanga Vinyasa practice, at Believe each student in the Mysore group has a personalized practice of the series, which is developed, overseen and guided through adjustments by the teacher. To join the group please attend first to an Ashtanga Vinyasa class with Christophe.
