Not that you asked for it… but please enjoy this unsolicited mukbang delight 🤣

This has been one of my tried-and-true go-tos for many a decade. Apparently, I believe in culinary consistency over personal growth 😂

I'll keep it short… if you agree, drop a comment. If you don’t, just keep scrolling 🤫🤐🤣
Because honestly, engaging with negative content just tells the algorithm, “Yep, show me more of this.” So why bother? 😂

Just over here getting high on life… literally just not in the way you might think 😂🏔️ Getting lost in the Rocky Mountains, finding my peace, and questioning why I ever go back to civilization 🫶

Since becoming more transparent and sharing my life online, building a community around my journey has become a huge part of who I am. But with that openness has also come moments of extreme vulnerability and distress.

The reality is that many people struggle with different forms of “addiction” in their lives. Some recognize them, some don’t, and some of us have to learn through painful lessons and choices that come from chasing dopamine, temporary relief, or an escape from boredom and uncomfortable emotions.

The hard truth is that addictions can lead us down incredibly destructive paths, often before we fully understand the impact they’re having on ourselves and the people around us.

I’ve always said: a mistake is a mistake… until you keep making it, and then it becomes a choice.

Throughout my life, I’ve experienced many different forms of therapy, but I never truly believed s*x addiction was something I struggled with until I was diagnosed by a therapist I deeply respected and had built a strong rapport with. Accepting that truth wasn’t easy, and neither is being this vulnerable about some of the biggest mistakes I’ve made with the world watching.

But one of the greatest gifts that can come from our struggles is using what we’ve learned to help someone else avoid the same pain. If sharing my story helps even one person who is “going through it” feel less alone, recognize their own patterns, or choose a different path, then every uncomfortable moment of vulnerability is worth it.

If you’re struggling and having thoughts that make you question your worth or whether you belong here, I hope you know this: you are loved, you matter, and your story isn’t over.

Keep shining your light 🫶✨️

I think it's interesting how many people find it uncomfortable to be in their own company. So many of us spend our lives searching for someone else without ever really being in a relationship with ourselves. We keep looking for someone to fill a void that was never theirs to fill.

At 40, I finally started dating myself... and somewhere along the way, I fell in love with the life I was creating. The freedom, the peace, the spontaneity, and the ability to write my own story without waiting for someone else's permission.
I honestly don't think there's any turning back.

Living life unscripted has been the greatest relationship I've ever had.
Oh... and if you're wondering, this was at the Watertower Grill, Lethbridge, AB 🥩🍽

So... just a normal morning in my life. 😂
I don't think I need to say much...the video tells the whole story. Let's just say I woke up to a cow making out with my van, and then a group of friendly horses decided I was worthy of pets... but not worthy of actually passing by. 🤣
Safe to say my van felt a little violated. 🐮🚐🐎
