Peseta’s Story 🐾
In the heart of Natural Center lives a little guardian named Peseta.
No one remembers exactly when she arrived. Some say she appeared one ordinary day, calm and curious, as if she had always belonged there. Others believe she has been there since the very beginning… even before the first doors opened.
Her tiny paw prints were marked into the floor of Natural Center many years ago, and ever since then, everyone jokes that Peseta is the same age as the place itself. Maybe 14 years old… maybe 15… or perhaps even older. No one knows for sure. The only thing certain is that she is already part of the history of this place.
Peseta has never had just one home.
Her home has been every corner of Natural Center and the love of all the people who work there. Over the years, many stores have adopted her, and whenever an owner leaves, they always entrust Peseta to the next one, as if she were the most precious treasure of the place.
Because Peseta does not belong to just one person.
Peseta belongs to everyone.
She loves resting near the tour office, where she always finds a gentle hand, food, and someone speaking kindly to her. Sometimes she sleeps peacefully like a queen; other times she slowly walks around watching every visitor, as if she were making sure everything is running smoothly.
Thousands of tourists have passed through here over the years… and many of them have taken home a photo of Peseta, a smile, or a special memory of this little four-legged guardian.
People say that special places always have a soul.

En el corazón del Natural Center vive una pequeña guardiana llamada Peseta.
Nadie recuerda exactamente cuándo llegó. Algunos dicen que apareció un día cualquiera, tranquila y curiosa, como si siempre hubiera pertenecido aquí. Otros creen que ha estado desde el principio… incluso antes de que las primeras puertas se abrieran.
Sus huellitas quedaron marcadas en el piso del Natural Center hace muchos años, y desde entonces todos bromean diciendo que Peseta tiene la misma edad que el lugar. Tal vez 14 años… tal vez 15… o tal vez más. Nadie lo sabe con certeza. Lo único seguro es que ella ya es parte de la historia.
Peseta nunca ha tenido una sola casa.
Su hogar ha sido cada rincón del Natural Center y el cariño de todas las personas que trabajan aquí. Muchas tiendas la han adoptado con el tiempo, y cuando un propietario se va, siempre le encarga Peseta al siguiente, como si fuera el tesoro más importante del lugar.
Porque Peseta no pertenece a una sola persona.
Peseta pertenece a todos.
Le encanta descansar cerca de la oficina de tours, donde siempre encuentra una caricia, comida y alguien que le hable bonito. A veces duerme tranquila como una reina; otras veces camina lentamente observando a cada visitante, como si estuviera supervisando que todo marche bien.
Miles de turistas han pasado por aquí durante los años… y muchos de ellos se han llevado una foto de Peseta, una sonrisa o un recuerdo especial de esta pequeña guardiana de cuatro patas.
Dicen que los lugares especiales siempre tienen un alma.
Y quienes conocen el Natural Center saben que esa alma tiene bigotes, ojos curiosos y se llama Peseta. 🐱💛
