Calling all mermaids! The seas are warming for summer and it's time to re-connect with our fluid nature. Join us in June for a challenge that will build strength, flexibility, fluidity, and grace through yoga asana on land and water.
This 30 day challenge is accessible to ALL LEVELS of yoga, even brand new yogis! If you've never practiced before, now is the time to start. We will guide you every step of the way - and at the end of 30 days, you will have completed an entire Mermaid Flow Yoga session!
Keep track of your daily progress with photos or videos, sharing them with your mermaid sisters by tagging ~ we have some amazing sponsors and prizes for mermaids who post all 30 days.
