Surfside Fitness Co.’s Journey:

The Founders of Surfside Fit Co. began their journey by opening, growing, and developing a Crossfit gym in Clermont, Florida in 2013 where they began serving a handful of members/friends in a small unit.

Clermont Fitness Co. quickly became a well-established presence in the area offering various programs from CrossFit and bootcamps to nutrition coaching and kids classes. Six years in, the Founders acted on an idea to expand their fitness offerings to a tropical location..

It didn’t take long for them to find their Surfside location in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. They created a one-of-a-kind facility nestled in the jungle just a few hundred feet from the ocean. It received a warm welcome from tourists and locals alike and has become a bucket-list fitness destination.

Next, the Founders began offering fitness retreats to their Costa Rica location through BoxFit Escapes which involves a week of adventure, luxury, delicious food, sunshine, and functional training.

The next step came in response to the coronavirus pandemic, Surfside innovated another offering to enhance the brand and serve their audience at home—a comprehensive collection of at-home workout programs available online. Top-tier trainers share workouts that are easy to do with little space and even no equipment—and they are here to stay.

And lastly, through sub-brand Eat Fit, fitness enthusiasts can access personal nutrition coaching to learn and develop healthy, sustainable nutrition habits that power their bodies through workouts and help them reach their health goals.

All of these brands and offerings exist under the Surfside Fitness Co. brand and share the common goal to provide a higher quality life powered by a fitness lifestyle.
