The National Adventist Health & Examination Study followed 55,000 participants for over 11 years & found that people who consumed an avocado a day had significantly lower BMIs, waist circumference, & body weight, vs. non-consumers. That's because avocados contain the good fat that helps your body actually burn stored fat.
And aside from the weight management benefits, they're an immune system powerhouse & rich in Vitamins C, E, K, B6, Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Beta-carotene, Folate, Potassium, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Iron, Copper, Zinc, Calcium, & Magnesium.
